Young bird swooped from ground level persistently as soon as you looked away from it. Had to dismount &; walk while watching it. New location not seen here before.
Riding along the bike path and heard tapping sound (as i had headphones in) Didn't realize what it was until i saw the shadow to my right. The magpie him my helmet about 10 times in 200 meters.
Not too aggressive, came in for a couple of swoops, but that's about it. Cyclists should avoid that footpath, and ride up Bywaters Street instead, turning left at the playground to avoid it.
Walking to shopping centre after having a few drinks for the NRL and the little ****** swooped me and took a beauty of a chuck out of my head... Was a pluva though which is 2 times as bad
At the Intersection of Rosehill Drive and Wain Rd. There is a Magpie that followed me for at least 100 metres down Wain Rd. No Injury but this magpie does let up. Be careful and watch the phone lines when you go down this path because this magpies uses the phone lines to gain speed when diving. There are lots of trees down this path as well. Be vigilant.
