Magpie attack on Walker - 600 Wynnum Road, Morningside QLD 4170
Attacked while walking!! This was one aggressive bird. Swooped at me from behind to right ear drawing blood & trying to grab my sunglass arm, then repeated attack 3 times while I attempted to save myself by running. Also got my husband in the same area but on left ear. This bird is a devious, aggressive, coward!!! Avoid at all costs.

Magpie attack on Cyclist - Athllon Drive, Torrens ACT 2607
Very high speed attack with no warning. Got me on the left ear. Didn't bleed but was pretty sore. Other cyclist nearby said his girlfriend had also been clipped on the left ear, so I guess this is the side it goes for. I would highly recommend walking through this area.

Magpie attack on Person - 8A Welham St, Beecroft NSW 2119
I was returning home, fresh out of the womb. held in shelleys arms I was swooped. I remember it all to well, it was almost like it happened in slow motion, the bird and I locked eyes as it was only millimetres away from my scalp. he had a look of pure, relentless, vicious nature. as his claws made contact with my head I wanted to scream in fear (but was unable to as i was only born just hours ago) almost 15 years on I have daily nightmares about this incident. please have extreme caution in this dangerous area.
