Not a real attack, and, fearing one, since then I have been biking on the sidewalk on the opposite side of the road without problems. I had the sun on my back and could see the shadow of a bird coming down to hit me to then go up as soon as I would turn to look backwards. I have seen worse but I am quite sure that there is a nest on one of the trees on Australia Ave aside the Brickpit direction Olympic Park Station...
This is to report attacks that happen every magpie season in the same place on my morning and evening commutes. This is Urana St Wagga Wagga opposite the showground, between the Burke St roundabout and College Avenue. The bank of trees there are probably the nesting site. The attacks occurred cycling to and from work and there were no injuries. My direction of travel was always with the sun behind, so the bird's shadow on the road gave warning.
