Witnessed two magpie attacks on cyclists at the roundabout on this intersection. Magpie quite persistent, swooping and hitting cyclists backs past the pedestrian lights further down the street.
A magpie made contact with my the back of my neck and shoulders 4 times as he swooped on Underwood Avenue near Knightley Road, Goolwa. I wasn%u2019t injured though.
Walking on Kenbury Street (just passed the Ruby field) in Bulimba when a magpie swooped on me several times. Swooped from behind initially then front the front and then above.
Swooped at whilst cycling, 7.50am, single bird continually swooping at me, mainly from behind, aiming at my head, thankfully didn't make physical contact.
Swooped several times. No contact. I punched it once. I think it remembers me. Note from Editor - It's not recommended to punch birds as they will become even more aggressive towards the next cyclist.
