Magpie attack on Cyclist - 124 Brisbane Rd, Monkland QLD 4570
I was cycling to work when I got attacked by five or six magpies. It wasn't my first time and I've been getting attacked every now and then. There is an enormous magpie nesting here so please take extreme caution when you are walking around this area! I believe there is no nesting around the corner shop.

Magpie attack on Runner - 12 Yates Rd, Margaret River WA 6285
Was running North on Yates Rd towards Wilderness Rd when I felt a knock on the brim of my cap. I looked up and saw a magpie on the telephone wires above. I picked up my pace and waved my arms overhead to protect my head and it swooped at me a second time from behind, hitting cap again. I turned around to run back in the direction I came from and couldn't see it after that.

Magpie attack on Cyclist - 26 Torrens Ave, Lockleys SA 5032
A juvenile magpie has started swooping along Torrens Rd. Watches for cyclists while perched high on a stobie pole, then swoops 3-4 times when one passes. Harmless so far, but might be one to watch out for next season when he's fully grown!
