The terror of Fulham Rd is back for another years. Several cycling trips today were subject to his swoops. Not super aggresive yet but this is just the beginning.

What did council say? I was attacked today, came off my bike and quite badly injured. Is there anything council can do?

This is definitely the worst one I have ever encountered! Have reported to council, but I am sure they know about it already. What can be done, it's terrifying and dangerous.
