After discovering the joy of swooping birds I decided to discourage the little avians after seeing a similar home made effort. Seems to have worked the last two times through a known danger zone. You can also download and print it yourself from here:

Hey, thanks for sharing. Was wondering if youâ€™d tried any other designs before this? Saw on a cycling site that even a crest like shape can stop then. The guy in vid just does with fingers spread and palm on side of head as going through danger zome. Not the greatest as one handed riding but have been considering making a similar design- possibly out of scare reflector material. Just curious if any other designs less â€œspikyâ€ tried and failed? Cheers
