At the Intersection of Rosehill Drive and Wain Rd. There is a Magpie that followed me for at least 100 metres down Wain Rd. No Injury but this magpie does let up. Be careful and watch the phone lines when you go down this path because this magpies uses the phone lines to gain speed when diving. There are lots of trees down this path as well. Be vigilant.
Aggressive Magpie that continues to attack cyclists - even before and after breeding season. He will wait on round about for all cyclists to attack. Needs to be removed. Bled from ear and cheek.
Came in from behind. Think it was a plover or similar. Not magpie. Fell heavily onto wrong side of road. Fortunately no traffic. Saw another cyclist in same spot being attacked the next day.
Yesterday while walking along School Rd nearby Yeronga Memorial Park, got swooped twice. Got my left ear cut. Then, stared for 100m or so. This morning, happened again.
No noise or warning. Magpie swooped directly from behind. No strikes, just repeated swoops. I have a light on the back of my helmet that may have deterred a strike
