Magpie attack on Walker - Walan Community Garden, 1 Tamworth St, Dubbo NSW 2830

Male magpie. Now into it's sixth year of swooping and is now rather good at it. I had a wide brimmed hat, plus a suitable stick to swish around, yet the blasted sod still clocked me low on the back of the head. I ended up with a fairly good bleeding wound there. I like magpies ordinarily, but this one is sorely testing my patience. It will be a good idea not to go past here for another couple of weeks.
