Was convinced it was a revenge attack as my dog has taken to enthusiastically chasing the local birds, but it appears he’s just the regular local menace named Gus. Three swoops in total. Second swoop connected, as he got right into my hair and forehead. Minor bleeding from Gus’s claws, but it could’ve been worse so he’s alright.
