Magpie swooping from Norfolk pines by surf club. I cycled on the road to try and avoid it on my way back but the magpie chased me. A very determined bird

Yep, this one has been swooping for a couple of weeks now. It will strike your helmet but that's about it.

Yes, it is determined. It is amazing how far it will roam from the nest to chase a chosen victim. Fortunately, it seems to do no worse than swoops and helmet strikes.
